When connected for a bass amp, this "pipsqueak" turns to be a serious competition to the bass drum of your drummer. On account of its low height, the Tiny Tin Stompbox is equipped with a 3.5mm mini input jack. For this reason, it is supplied with an adaptor cable. This adaptor is included in the price. So no further equipment is necessery except for narmal cable with 6.3mm jack plug. |

The dimensions of the
Bass Can Stompbox are 9
x 12 x 2.5 cm. For connecting it to the amp you only need a 6.3mm jack
plug.
Both metal stompboxes are made of tin plate and possess a considerably higher volume than the wooden Stompboxes. Depending on the setting of the amp and on the material of the floor and of the shoes, you will get sounds lying between a dry, percussive bass drum and a soft bass guitar tone like a shortscale bass. You may listen to a sound example regarding
the Tiny Tin Stomp in this video.
Since the
housings completely consist of metal, no hum and highfrequencynoises
disturb the wanted signal. The Bass Can Stomp should not be placed too
close to the ampbox in order to avoid a feedback at very high volumes.
Due to their small dimensions, both metal stompboxes can be played
easily from a standing position. As a speciality, you may further more use the metal stompboxes even as a pick up for Kalimbas and other instruments. |
| An example with a Kalimba can be seen in this video . |
